Phillips Family Farm Construction Update

If you've driven through Cleveland Park recently, you may have noticed something exciting taking shape. The barn at the future Phillips Family Farm is officially rising!

Last week marked a major milestone for the Phillips Family Farm project as crews poured the concrete for the barn's second floor and completed much of the steel framework that will support the roof. With these structural elements now in place, visitors can finally begin to see the scale and vision of this exciting new experience.

The transformation over the past few weeks has been remarkable. Day by day, the structure has grown taller and more recognizable. The outline of the barn is now clearly visible, offering a glimpse of what will soon become a vibrant gathering space for animal encounters, educational programming, and family experiences.

Over the next several weeks, construction crews will continue building upward as roofing and exterior work begin. Once the barn is further along, attention will shift to the surrounding habitats and guest spaces that will bring the farmyard experience to life.

Every beam, wall, and concrete pour represents another step toward creating a place where guests can connect with animals, learn about agriculture and conservation, and make lasting memories together.
