Giraffe Facts
They are incredibly efficient sleepers, needing only 10 minutes to two hours of sleep in a 24-hour period, often taking short naps standing up.
Giraffes have extraordinary tongues! They are 18 inches long and are purple to prevent sunburn!
Just like human fingerprints, no two giraffes have the same coat pattern; their spots are unique to each individual and help with camouflage.
