Step 1. Reach out to your Human Resources team to confirm whether your employer offers matching gifts and to learn about their process.

Step 2. Most employers will ask you to fill out a form to report your donation and request the match. Some may even allow you to set up automatic payroll deductions that are matched as you give.

Step 3. Once the Greenville Zoo Foundation confirms your donation, your employer will initiate the match. Payout schedules vary—some companies process matches monthly, while others may do so quarterly or biannually.
